@eventbrite @FTC @eventbrite let me clarify - I got double charged for tickets. Your trust and safety refuses to issue a refund. They tell me to ask the event organizer but the event organizer didn’t do anything wrong … your platform failed and hung.

@xsanshinexx We hear you, and please know that this is not the experience we want you to have. Since Eventbrite is a self-service ticketing platform, the event organizer is the one who manages ticket availability. In the meantime, please stand by to see if they will offer more tickets.

i think theres still tickets left for the bts popup and they havent generated yet bc why keep the queue open and let us select days if there are no tickets??? @eventbritehelp

Hello @eventbrite, , I signed up for an event back in October of 2025, and it was promptly cancelled by the organizer. She reached out to me by text, saying that I should never have been able to buy the ticket. I asked for a refund, and she told me that it will be rescheduled.
