i think theres still tickets left for the bts popup and they havent generated yet bc why keep the queue open and let us select days if there are no tickets??? @eventbritehelp

Hello @eventbrite, , I signed up for an event back in October of 2025, and it was promptly cancelled by the organizer. She reached out to me by text, saying that I should never have been able to buy the ticket. I asked for a refund, and she told me that it will be rescheduled.

@eventbritehelp I think it is a serious breach, and shows a lack of due diligence and risk/security management in your core process.

@eventbritehelp dear Eventbrite, your software are being used to sent phishing emails(Organiser has the name of Wallet Inc.) the email claim the recipients apple wallet has been compromised. Because they use your service to send the email it has bypassed spam/phishing detector.

@eventbritehelp Is there a technical issue or outage at the moment? I can’t get into any of my bookings, upcoming classes I have scheduled or even access my clients details for a class starting in 1.5 hours. No communication from Eventbrite and no way to contact you for help.

Hey @EventbriteANZ @eventbrite Your SSL cert for your .com.au is borked. Going to .com doesn't work as individual Australian event pages redirect to .com.au

@eventbritehelp Your Contact the organiser function doesn’t work at present. I have tried to give organisers feedback on two events over two days. May be to do with the CAPTCHA not initially loading. I tried reloading the page. Using current macOS Safari on good connection.

@eventbritehelp your Abby Jimenez sale was ran so poorly. I hit the ticket button at exactly 12. How did it sell out right at 12? Only explanation is that some people got special treatment and got early access. Just know I’m crying my eyes out right now. I worked hard to save up.
