@eventbritehelp Your Contact the organiser function doesn’t work at present. I have tried to give organisers feedback on two events over two days. May be to do with the CAPTCHA not initially loading. I tried reloading the page. Using current macOS Safari on good connection.

@eventbritehelp your Abby Jimenez sale was ran so poorly. I hit the ticket button at exactly 12. How did it sell out right at 12? Only explanation is that some people got special treatment and got early access. Just know I’m crying my eyes out right now. I worked hard to save up.

@eventbritehelp I have reached out repeatedly for assistance regarding a refund for an event that never occurred, yet I've gotten no assistance from Eventbrite and the vendor has completely gone silent after promising refund would be sent.

@eventbritehelp Sadly, while I received an Eventbrite ticket after registering for a virtual event this evening, it contained no meeting link, no valid meeting ID (tried the order number, which was the only number supplied), and a QR Code that went precisely nowhere. Not great...

@KurtisKolt @eventbritehelp @KurtisKolt, you're not alone. I can't even access my old account either, so I made a new one and put up events, and within hours, I couldn't login to that one either. I bet they are doing another update to their system behind the scenes which is affecting some people like me.

@eventbritehelp I cannot log into my account, and the only way your site will assist me is if I log into my account. I need immediate assistance.
