Discipline isn’t a mood. It’s showing up when you don’t feel like it. It’s choosing long-term wins over short-term comfort. It’s building habits your future self will thank you for. Consistency > Motivation. Always.

Had a call with a PM last week who said "we talk to users every sprint." When I asked what they do with those insights, the answer was basically "put them in a doc somewhere." Talking to users is step one. The real work is connecting those conversations to your product decisions in a way that's structured and repeatable. Otherwise you're just collecting stories.

If the numbers are not going up, focus on your stories. If the conversion is not going up, focus on the impact. If both are not going up, focus on starting a OF account.

One skill that consistently stands out as the biggest contributor to long-term success is continuous learning. The best learners are curious, open and intentional about their learning. They ask questions, use experiments to test ideas and constantly find new ways to grow.

I used to spend hours writing original tweets. Decent reach. Decent engagement. Then I started paying attention to what already worked in my niche and wrote in that format. My impressions tripled. Originality is overrated when you're starting out.
