I've had a rare skin disease since birth and was given 3 months to live. My skin tears easily, causing daily pain. Yet, I’m now in my 20s. Here’s how I’ve learned to overcome these challenges and work towards my goals:

@theandreilucian That's the difference. Feel like a main character when you're alone, but don't feel like it when you are around people.

@PhilsUpgrades Ironically, this advice about not being the main character is giving very strong main character energy.

The society doesn't care about you. Society cares about itself. How THEIR appearance is. So don't feel ashamed when talking bs occasionally. Stop thinking that you're the main character in a group. Start focusing on yourself.

Is it just me. Or has X become less and less fun with everyone spamming Ai comments? If it were under my posts I’d just block them. But bro.. they are everywhere on here.

@PhilsUpgrades Admitting you don't have the answers is actually a massive strategic advantage because it lets you move past the "BS" and into real development.

@AlexHormozi Most people search for purpose inward when the evidence for it is almost entirely outward. It lives in what shifted around you, what improved, what got built because you existed in that space. The impact is the answer, not the intention.

The purpose of a hammer is to hit stuff. Whether the hammer was good or bad is based on whether it was used to build or destroy. To find the purpose of anything, look at what changed as a result of its existence. To find your purpose, look at what changed because of you.

@Codie_Sanchez A good day for me is sometimes just pain that stays manageable and enough energy left after school to sit with people I actually like. That's it. Took years to stop feeling like that was settling and start feeling like that was enough.

It's really the small things in life that matter. Are you healthy? Do you have family? Friends to invite over? Work that stretches you? That's being truly rich.

@SagiWilentzik Belief is almost never where change starts, it's where it arrives after enough evidence accumulates. Waiting to believe before you act has the whole sequence backwards. The small win comes first and drags everything else behind it.

Small wins create momentum. Momentum creates belief. Belief creates transformation.

@LewisHowes Value isn't something you demonstrate harder until someone finally gets it. At some point the energy spent convincing is worth more than whatever validation you were chasing in the first place.

The sneaky part is that procrastination almost always feels reasonable in the moment. There's always a justification that sounds just logical enough to accept. The bill only becomes obvious in hindsight when future you is stuck paying for a decision that took about ten seconds to avoid.

The frustrating part is knowing this intellectually changes almost nothing about how it feels. The anxiety doesn't respond to logic because it was never making a logical argument in the first place. The only thing that actually shrinks it is evidence, and the only way to collect evidence is to do the thing anyway.

@MANSOORNABI12 Took me an entire failed business to learn that dreams without a system are just expensive hobbies. The plan isn't the boring part, it's actually where the dream either becomes real or stays a fantasy forever.

@rumilyrics I think inner peace gets romanticized as this permanent state you eventually arrive at. It's really more like a daily practice that some days works better than others. The goal isn't to feel it always, it's to find it faster each time it slips.

@DearS_o_n Honestly with a condition that gets worse over time, the pressure to hit milestones on someone else's schedule is just something I stopped considering early. My timeline looks nothing like my peers and that stopped bothering me the moment I understood why.

If you want to stop feeling bad all day stop thinking about 'would-have-cases'. If I had had a conversion rate of 100% I would've had 5.882 followers. So what? Does it change anything? No. Stop thinking about what you miss. Start thinking about what you have to do.
