For entrepreneurs stuck in their own mind — the anxiety, the overthinking, the reactivity that eats the week. I help you play the game from flow, not force.

You hustle and grind because stillness terrifies you. You can't shut off at night. The loop runs: - What if? - I don't know how. - I don't know what. You forget to eat. You skip the gym. You haven't seen your friends in months. And it's stealing more than your time. The insight and solutions that used to come easy. The joy you had when you started this. The certainty it's unfolding. The hustle is an identity running the show. An old version of you that thinks staying busy keeps you safe. A mental concept built from beliefs you collected since you were young, shaped by feelings you couldn't process at the time and learned to suppress. The business level you're on is activating it. Saying: "hey, let's remove this, so we can flow again.." But you ignore the call. You try to solve an internal problem with more thinking, more tools, more effort. You drain and spiral. Again and again.. To come back to flow, you have to turn around and work with the identity running the show. It starts at the root. Identity → beliefs → thoughts →stored emotion. The trigger — anger, fear, frustration etc.. — is the entry point. The emotion is the invitation for that level in business. When it happens, pause. Instead of reacting and escaping into your mind, become aware of it. Locate the emotion in the body, behind the stories, the constant: I need to, I must to, I have to.. Where does it live in your body? Feel the emotion with unconditional love, with pure eyes. Don't judge it. Just feel it completely. Breathe into it, and decide to let it go. That's it. The charge releases. The thoughts slows down. You come back to the present. The joy returns. The next step becomes clear. This is the inner game. Working from the inside out. Reading signals and symbols like a true master of this game.

You don't actually want to know how your life turns out. You'd never play a game where you could see the whole map. So why are you lying awake begging for certainty? The uncertainty isn't stopping you. Your war with it is. Play the level you're on.

i'm 30. at 13, i started writing stories at 19, I marketed for a rugby team 24: threw music events in Melbourne 26: invested £3k into a startup. it flopped 26,5: raised $180k on an NFT launch. a dev stole $90k without us knowing. then we made back $240k 27: mowing lawns for $1-2k/mo 27,5: flew to bali. girlfriend cheated on me. went broke. started posting on X 28: my community hit 400 members, crossed my first $15k month from coaching. 30: lost myself, took a 6-month break, surfed daily. Then came back and scaled a client to $47k/m. Now I'm almost 31. - Healthier than ever - Scaling PY to $100k/mo - Building a small team of killers 2026 is gonna be generational I can feel it in my balls

@jimheskel we've demonized failure as something negative, when its in fact the most positive thing you can do. I like: fall forward, as Denzel puts it. feels more positive

"What if I fail?" You'll learn what doesn't work. Cost: maybe 2-3 months, some ego. "What if nothing changes?" You already know that answer. Cost: Everything. Pick your risk.

Daily writing beats any course you'll buy this year. Not because writing is magic. Because visibility compounds. And most professionals are invisible. 3 things that change when you write daily: 1/ You stop chasing credibility People read your thinking before they meet you. The conversation starts warm. 2/ You get clearer on what you know Writing forces you to be specific. Vague expertise becomes a real point of view. 3/ Opportunities find you Speaking invites. Consulting calls. Referrals from people you've never met. None of this needs talent. It needs consistency. 20 minutes a day is enough.

That said, you can niche down by focusing on a specific problem within inner work, instead of a demographic. Thanks Mick, this actually made something click.. been extracting a lot lately, writing down exactly what I want to talk about, the problems etc.. (typical roadmap), and the specific problem is being stuck in the mind, or as I like to call it, identification with the mind, the ego. that could be in business, but also other areas .. might be something I could go for :) let's see what happens where life takes me thanks for sharing bro

Niching down is easier because when you speak to a specific person, they feel like it's exactly for them. I'd more likely buy from someone who targets "Mick de Boer" than someone who targets everyone. That said, you can niche down by focusing on a specific problem within inner work, instead of a demographic. Finally, if your heart says to go broad, why not give it a try? If it's easier for you to make content for, it might just work. Reading your thing, maybe try niching down on a specific problem you seek to solve within inner work – and then go broader from there?

thanks for Sharing James .. im not taking away the target person, but its a bit broader than "entrepreneur", or at least that has been on my mind for the past 2-3 days.. when I talk about the inner game, it could be business, relationship, life, money, or whatever.. the suffering comes from the identification with the mind, and what I talk about a lot is the path from the mind back to presence.. :)

@evolvee33 I don't figure it all out, I just posted what I learned. This is the rules I follow. But having one Target we speak to really reduces the pressure.

@evolvee33 You are Source, fulfillment, all knowing, all that is. You are 10 millions in your account. I wouldn't worry too much atm about being a teacher/coach etc., know you are freedom, peace, bliss, happiness, fulfillment, now and you'll find the answers that you already are.

@evolvee33 my take is you don't build or become anything, you already are, Creation is finished. You die to the old man (story), instead of identifying as ego u live as Source and organically your new identity is revealed, emanates naturally.

Every self-help guru says: "Build a new identity. Become the 2.0 version of yourself." I disagree. You don't build a new identity when you go to the next level. You kill the old one that's holding you back from entering it. Building a new identity is just stacking another role on top of the one that's already suffocating you. Version 2.0 is still playing a character. A shinier character with better beliefs and a morning routine. Still a character. What actually got me results after 8 years: Subtraction. Removing every version of me that couldn't go to the next floor. Not adding a new one. Not upgrading. Removing. What's left when you remove all the identities? You. The one who was always there before the first role showed up. And that one doesn't need a version number.

If you don't learn to feel what you've been suppressing, you'll spend the next decade reacting to the same triggers in different disguises and wondering why nothing ever changes.
