Here I am at -28m (100ft) training in cenote Angelita in Tulum, Mexico.
Freediving is a very tough sport to train for lol

A lot of food inflation is coming from Amazon and DoorDash— believe it or not . There is collusion to set prices. Authorities need to look into this . I think these companies may be raising food prices by as much as 35%. I soured on $DASH at 270. Now 210 (going lower).

I paid $8.99 for a pound of ground beef yesterday at Kroger and $7.89 for a gallon of household bleach.
BOTH were on sale.
Last year I paid $5.45 a pound for ground beef and $3.49 for a gallon of bleach.
Thankfully, I can afford it but I don't understand how NO ONE is addressing this. I don't know how lower income families are even SURVIVING.
