God redeems your mistakes before you make them. Before the foundations of the earth Jesus died for all of mankind. If you choose to sin, God dies for your sin and then waits patiently for you to turn to him so that he can heal you from your trauma, addictions, false-identity and bring you to an even higher level. Your problem here is that you are fantasizing that God is not a righteous judge, that God wants people to go to hell. When in fact, if you actually listen to what God says about you, you won't even believe it because of how highly he thinks of you and everyone he has given life to. When you look at Jesus on the cross, do you really see a God that wants to see people die? Because I see a God who removed death and the fear of death if you simply believe. If you don't want to believe that then you are choosing what is false over what God says is true. And you will receive what you want, which is separation from God who is Good.

And that leader decides to separate from that identity (sin) & instead give himself over to prostitutes & drugs for his whole life. It’s insulting to God, its harms his self, it harms his community, and the guy is living in what is false instead of what is true (which bears bad outcomes). That is why you have the option, God will not force greatness, mercy, grace & prosperity upon you. You have to make the choice to become a Son & Jesus already did the heavy lifting to guarantee that choice is available.
