@Sofology day 3 of trying to get through to customer services to arrange a sofa delivery. Waiting on the phone for 2hrs + is an absolute shocker!!!!

I guess I’ll call it a day 12 hours of waiting for @SofologyHelp @Sofology that they state typically takes a few minutes to respond. @TSScot

Ordered a couch from @Sofology @SofologyHelp on Wednesday. We want to cancel the order. They won’t reply to calls, different calls and always number 22 in queue. Web chat says they reply in 3 minutes-been over an hour.

@potofmousse @Sofology NOPE. Spent another three hours on the phone on Sunday. Half of my sofa is in Edinburgh and half is in Glasgow so someone was supposed to call me today with an update. Tempted to go pick it up piece by piece myself with my Citroen

Today is the fourth scheduled delivery date over the last few weeks where @Sofology just never delivered my sofa with no notice. If being on hold with Sofology was paid I’d have a part time job at this point.

@Sofology can someone get back to me regarding my sofa I have ordered. I was on the phone over an hour yesterday to customer services and was expecting a call back at 9.30 this morning, still waiting....
