Women’s definition of masculinity is actually the definition of CHATTEL SLAVERY. It is a shaming/manipulation strategy to get men to work for their benefit and part with the fruits of their labor. ANYTHING that brings happiness and pleasure to men that does not benefit women (or corporations) is branded unmanly or boyish. Here are some examples of things men like that are “childish” because it does not serve the interests of women: - Dating multiple women without commitment - Hanging out with the guys without the presence of women - Spending time on the internet learning about niche topics that interest you - Playing sports or video games or other activities you enjoy after you are done with the day’s work - Using money for your own pleasure and hobbies instead of funding the woman’s lifestyle (for example, spending 3 months salary on a ring for her is fine but spending the same amount on hobby equipment you enjoy is childish) Etc. On the other hand, things you do for the benefit of women are considered masculine and “responsible”: - Helping with household chores - Being in a “monogamous committed relationship” - Working two jobs so the woman doesn’t have to work - “Stepping up” to be the step-father of the spawn of a single mother - Giving her most of your time and only rarely going out with your friends - Not spending money on your hobbies and interests and instead funding her life (buy her expensive clothes, jewelry, etc.) - Doing things that the woman enjoys like watching romantic movies, shopping, television, etc. etc. Sadly most men are stupid (and desperate for sex and female approval) so they buy into the charade and become the woman’s workhorse. Your body only retains the abilities you use. For example, most people have not done a full speed sprint since they were 20 years old. If you suddenly decided to do a full speed sprint now, you will get injured. Maybe you pull a hamstring, or sprain your ankle, or trip and fall, or something else. This is why it's so important to TRAIN the extremes (sprinting, lifting heavy weight, hard zone 5 cardio) Because these are the abilities that are the first to go. Walking is not enough. You have to maintain the extremes. Pictured Mark Baker, the man who taught me this idea (he is 65 years old):

@LifeMathMoney This is the FIRE conversation nobody has honestly. Everyone talks about accumulating enough to retire, almost nobody talks about defining what enough even means for them specifically, so the number just keeps moving forever.

Life is not about owning more and more material possessions. It's about living a good life. - Freedom to do what you want - Having family, children, friends, and a community - Good health so you are able to enjoy living every day - Enough assets so you don't have to worry about a crisis ruining you You need money to do all of this. But the idea that you must dedicate your life to accumulating money till the day you die is nonsense. You are not in a richest man in the grave contest.

There is no greater wealth in this world than good and healthy children. Not having children is one of the DUMBEST decisions you will ever make in your life. Children make everything better. Pictured: My son in my father's arms, making our family vacation better

Few months ago, while we were in Krabi islands, we went for a boat ride, to see nearby islands. Kids were onboard too. Then the speedboat started, the water was a bit rough, and it was one of the most terrifying experiences. Forget enjoying it, we were praying it to stop. It felt one of the kids could get thrown overboard any moment. It’s usually advertised as a family thing, but it’s not for the faint hearted. During the monsoons it gets even rougher. People don’t talk about it much, as they assume this thrill to be part of the experience they signed up for. But this is not tourism.

@LifeMathMoney One day you'll realize: The best investments weren't just in stocks or businesses. They were in your health. Your family. Your friendships. Your experiences. Your peace of mind.

@KyleKettlerMD The original tweet said "Trump should make Ozempic free. Fix America’s obesity epidemic." He means that it should be made free and given to anyone who is fat. I believe this is a mistake.

I’m not sure what to “push it on everyone” really means. All of the evidence we have right now shows that on average in people who are obese, they end up with better health outcomes as a result. Everyone has the autonomy to choose and I certainly wouldn’t want anybody to be “pushed” into starting a medication like that. Very often it’s the exact opposite where patients are coming to doctors asking to start it for a variety of reasons. As far as making it free goes, that’s a different discussion in my opinion compared to debating the effectiveness and side effects of the medication and I understand where you’re coming from from that standpoint

It is possible that in the future we will discover some unknown side effects of Ozempic For example early dementia It needs to be studied much more before it's pushed on the public. People don't like hearing this but it needs more time for it to be considered safe to use.

Accurate. Thinking about physical ability like an airfilled balloon. It was eventually float to the ground if you don’t give it at least some amount of consistent effort to keep it up. Not constant, but consistent. The longer you go between efforts, the harder you have to work to get it back up to where it would have been if you hadn’t taken your effort away.

@allterich "reacting to an experience of shortage" Well said. Even today I struggle to spend money where I can't justify the value. Just yesterday I parked my car a bit away and walked 300m to save $1 in parking I don't think I'll ever lose this trait. Too deeply ingrained

The obsession with endless money often comes from having once felt an acute shortage of it. I understood this through something stupidly simple: my first iPhone. I bought the lowest storage variant (64GB). Within months, I knew it was a mistake. But the money was already spent, so I had to live with the shortage. Every photo, every app, every video became a negotiation. Later, when I upgraded, I walked into the store and asked for the highest storage model (1TB). They did not have it. I was willing to wait. The salesman told me something obvious: “You’re jumping from the smallest storage to something already massive (256/512GB). You probably don’t need the biggest one (1TB).” He was right. But I wasn’t reacting to need. I was reacting to the memory of shortage. That is what happens with money too. When a man has tasted scarcity deeply enough, his first instinct is not freedom. It is excess. He does not want enough. He wants so much that the old fear can never touch him again. And that is understandable. But it can become a trap. You don’t need to spend your whole life chasing the biggest number just because you once had the smallest option. A strong body. A calm home. Freedom to move. Freedom to help your people. Enough assets that one crisis cannot destroy you. That may go much further than mindless accumulation. Money matters. But only when it gives life back.

If you are over 15% body fat, your face will not look as handsome as it could look Losing fat transforms not just your body but also your face A lean man is more handsome than a fat man.
