@British_Airways That’s what I did. They didn’t know what was going on either and suggested I contact you, so all becomes a bit circular. Anyway, hopefully it was a one off but if it wasn’t and there is a way comms can be better in future then that would be useful 🙂 thanks.

@LindsayStringer I'm afraid that in these instances the best option is to speak to a BA representative in the baggage hall for an update. I realise that in this instance the comms were not as they should have been so apologies that this was the case. Regards LJ

@British_Airways what’s going on with the baggage at T3 for the Bahrain flight? We’ve been waiting more than 1h 40. It’s a very poor service

@British_Airways They arrived eventually after nearly two hours’ wait. It would be useful if communications can be improved so BA ground staff know about the delay and can explain it to everyone. Lots of people were disappointed with the service today.
