Tension flared in Sinakeithei under Ukhrul district after a heavy exchange of gunfire broke out between Naga village volunteers and alleged Kuki armed groups in Manipur on Thursday, March 19. According to sources, the confrontation began around 3:20 PM and continued till about 5:10 PM, heightening fears in the already sensitive hill region. Russian authorities shared information with their Indian counterparts on the activities of six Ukrainian nationals and a US citizen arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for allegedly training ethnic armed groups in Myanmar, people familiar with the matter said. The US Embassy in India suddenly got very active, their ambassador had a conversation with NSA. This didn't happen last time a US citizen was caught involved in dubious activity near a sensitive area in Maharashtra. Now as per Republic's news, their embassy is working overtime to get that one American out among the multiple Ukrainians and an American caught in North East. I have also not seen a single story apart from Republic from any media houses on this issue.

There has been no reaction from the US Embassy, and I couldn't find any media report either of any reaction so far, if they stayed silent on this matter. Rest assured, our doubts have substance. Interestingly I coulnd't find a single mugshot or HD picture of this individual.

Dave Eubank पहले US Special Forces में था। 1997 में उसने Free Burma Rangers नाम का एक ग्रुप बनाया। ऊपर से ये एक humanitarian organization है, जो म्यांमार के war zones में जाकर घायलों का इलाज करता है, फंसे लोगों को निकालता है और खाने पीने व दवाइयों की मदद देता है। लेकिन ग्राउंड पर कहानी थोड़ी अलग है। ये लोग सिर्फ मदद नहीं करते, बल्कि rebel इलाकों में रहते हैं, उनके साथ चलते हैं, उनको पूरा Technical Support में पूरी HELP करते है म्यांमार में सालों से Ethnic Groups और military के बीच सिविल वॉर चल रहा है। वहीं कई insurgent groups भी एक्टिव हैं, जो भारत के नॉर्थ ईस्ट में अस्थिरता फैलाने और भारत को डिस्टर्ब करने में शामिल हैं। Eubank ने खुद को उन्हीं इलाकों में सेट कर लिया है। वो जंगलों में रहता है, लोकल लोगों के साथ strong नेटवर्क बना चुका है और वहीं से काम करता है। US SF Forces बैकग्राउंड होने की वजह से दुनिया भर के ex-soldiers और foreign fighters उससे जुड़ते जा रहे हैं human rights के नाम पर आते है, और कुछ लोग तो सिर्फ combat experience लेने आते हैं। सीधी बात ये है कि वो खुद को humanitarian बताता है, लेकिन म्यांमार सरकार उसे अपने खिलाफ काम करने वाला मानती है। Bottom line म्यांमार उसके लिए सिर्फ एक mission नहीं है, बल्कि एक active war zone है, जहाँ असली खेल सीधे जमीन पर चल रहा है। USA 🤔

India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested 6 Ukrainian nationals and 1 American for allegedly entering the restricted border state of Mizoram without permits and moving toward Myanmar to train ethnic armed groups in drone warfare. Authorities say the group also transported drone consignments from Europe through India. The suspects have been booked under India’s anti-terror laws, and the investigation is ongoing to uncover the wider network and purpose of the operation.
