@Dig_raw21 @adgpi It’s not malicious at all . My son is GATE qualified. So I know the kind of effort goes into qualifying this exam. This officer should have taken unpaid leave instead of “studying while on duty that too in field”.

Major Manu Pillai of the Indian Army’s Corps of Engineers secured All India Rank 4 in the GATE exam. Highly motivated officer did this while deployed in field areas. @adgpi #indianarmy

@Dig_raw21 @Polonium20984 still sir they operate old f4 phantoms and f5 tigers, they can't integrate pl15 with an american jet plus they cant integrate pl15 with mig 29s. as long as it's about hq9 vipers and f18s growlers undertook a lot of sead missions, so i think this must be a short range russian sam

@Dig_raw21 Agreed Sir, that's why I used the word 'hardly' in my reply but it is most likely HQ-9 or some other SAM. BVRAAM seems unlikely. The video also doesn't look like from some air to air dogfight. So if this video is legit then it was some SAM.

@Himani375024 @adgpi Ma’am this is a GATE exam it is professional course which is mandatory for the engineer officers to do MTech. People can multitask while serving because they don’t have to tweet malicious rants like you .

@Dig_raw21 @adgpi This clearly shows a compromise on professional responsibilities especially when posted in field for GATE preparation. If the intention is serious, it would make more sense to take a year’s unpaid leave and prepare properly. This is not at all commendable ! Self before Service!

@Polonium20984 They still have Airforce left , in underground tunnels. We have seen their videos . It would be too early to say that their Airforce has been completely destroyed.

Of late, I've been noticing a couple of Manipuri, Naga and some Mizo accounts dehumanizing Arunachalis on social media. Calling them "cowbelt of NE", "begging for mainland attention" just because they speak Hindi & are a little different from these states. Many accounts go further to subtly suggest that Arunachalis should 'revolt' or 'get away from mainlanders'. I, for one, am not someone who believes in performative patriotism. Arunachalis developed such a sense of patriotism and Hindi due to how they developed from the days of NEFA to statehood due to relative peace in the state - not to please someone. I totally condemn, abhor such discrimination & dehumanization of fellow Arunachalis. Arunachal has its own issues of corruption, dilution of culture, language, but I believe they will find their roots back or pave their own path.

7 Foreign mercenaries caught by NIA, were training Myanmar rebel groups like CNA/CNF , PDF, none of these groups are Anti-India or have fired a single bullet against Indian forces, Infact these groups have destroyed Anti-India militants camps of VBIG(Valley Based Insurgents group) & NSCN in Myanmar which are supported by Myanmar army. Myanmar army is the one who trains and arm anti-Indian militants. These PDF rebels are fighting Myanmar army not Indian government. Ethnicity of these rebels is Majority Buddhist and Christians. CNA/CNF is the same Myanmar rebel group which destroyed PLA( anti-India) group and killed their leaders after they conducted ambush on Col Viplav Tripathi in 2021. Pics below- 1).
