@Bullhoggaming @SupermanVerse Its not last minute. Superman was always in this movie. David shaved his head after Superman wrapped/early promo. So when it came time to film his Supergirl scenes (which was during principal photography), he had to wear a wig.

Whereas Disney had him front in center in ALL of the promotion, and talked up how he developed it for a decade. And positioned him as lead when he wasnt.

Shawn also had an injury, but much less severe and there was ALWAYS a shot. The drugs were a bigger issue than his back. Punk never retired.
