Did you know once an eviction case is filed against you, it continues to be available as a public court record until you ask for the case to be expunged or the file is destroyed according to the court retention schedule. A dismissed case will still appear on your court record.

@BullyCreative The Mayor is showing commonsense, all of the orgs who provide rental assistance agree that extending an eviction moratorium doesn't help the renter and just allows them to get further in debt. But of course the Mayor applying commonsense doesn't fit your socialist narrative.

Minnepaolis police only make an arrest in 1.2% of auto thefts, meaning you have about a 99% chance of getting away with stealing a car in Minneapolis.
There’s not even a unit assigned to auto thefts in MPD. Mayor Frey is in charge of public safety, but he ignores major issues.
