@MUFCkyle10 @commissionase You'll agree that out of the 12 games Carrick has managed, United only played well in 3: City, Arsenal, and Villa, and that's despite playing once a week. That's enough to tell me he'll struggle next season, with multiple competitions to play in.

@DerrickWan58019 @commissionase Yes, and I have also taken jobs like that and then been offered a permanent job because of my performance. The club is looking for a manager, the manager they have is doing better than any other manager in the league, seems insane to replace him to me

@MUFCkyle10 @commissionase First, the objectives of the organization will determine whether or not you get the job permanently. Haven't you been to places where there's an opening and you're given a contract of say 3 months, and after that they let you go?

@DerrickWan58019 @commissionase when his mate came in and smashed it but then ended up getting sacked a few years later?" How daft do you think they would sound?

@DerrickWan58019 @commissionase Imagine this was any other career. You're offered a temporary job, you absolutely smash it and do better than anyone in your line of work. You are being considered for the permanent job, but people are trying to discredit what you have achieved by saying "yeah but remember

@utdDumbz @commissionase This might be a wild concept to you, but believe it or not United fans are more concerned with what that manager has done at United. You know, the club they actually support?

@commissionase Manchester United fans want a manager who was unable to get his championship side promoted.. Something Lampard has done in space if a year..

I'm actually more interested in the fact he plays very good football and develops players.. I honestly can get behind that even if he wouldn't stand up to the board. Yes, he hasn't managed a big club but he's also not championship level.. Just saying.
Mark Goldbridge@markgoldbridge

Iraola plays better football and has a track record in developing players and building teams. But some will say he's not Premier League proven because he hasn't managed a big club...

@MUFCkyle10 @commissionase The most in-form team in the league, no doubt. Carrick has done a better job than Amorim, but he's not the best option moving forward, especially with UCL matches to consider. We need experience and tactics; he lacks both, based on the 12 games I have watched him manage.

Iraola… Similar to Carrick as a coach, but definitely better. Why? Both use a diamond press but Iraola’s model transitions into a man-to-man press with far greater reliability. In possession, basic balance is given to the players. Not hellbent on rigid positional play. With good recruitment, man-management skills to handle the dressing room, and emotional stability to deal with the highs and lows of managing a huge club, media pressure, etc, Iraola can succeed at Manchester United. Iraola does not profile as a traditionally elite coach but you don’t need to be to succeed at United. But neither did Klopp’s. Positional play wasn’t his forte (until later on in his Liverpool career). They are very similar coaches. Iraola’s game-model gives his players enough detail out of possession to press well but also to defend deep along with providing sufficient balance and freedom to the players in possession. But where Iraola differs to Klopp is his character. He lacks that presence and leadership. As a coach, the fit works as it aligns with United’s DNA. The only thing that Iraola must prove is if he is the right psychological profile to lead Manchester United. Does he deserve the opportunity to prove that? I think he does.

🚨 Ruben Amorim is planning to REMAIN out of work after leaving Manchester United in January. The Portuguese coach intends to take a SABBATICAL during the 26/27 season, spending time learning from coaches he sees as role models to strengthen his skills — though he will still keep an eye on potential opportunities after the summer. You still don’t understand?? United fans are so comfortable with this team just because their favorite is starting games!! They forget this is a team sport! Look at Manchester United’s team That squad can’t give you consistent football for a full season!! We need squad depth!! Top players!! Competition for places!! But united fans will tell you, we need someone to compliment Mainoo 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ Like sey this Mainoo na iniesta ! We need someone to compete with every united player in each position!! We hype mediocrity at this club!! Reason why ones any of our players leave, they go just cast sey them no good!!
Ọ𝓵á𝔂í𝓷𝓴á❤️@horlayinkar14

Wait, are you a fan of united or you're just supporting them to make fun of them? Cos what's this??😂 This mainoo is playing very well lately and the whole team isn't doing bad at all presently but you're still complaining

@fuadyabz23 No it doesn't. Honestly sick to death of the word "rebuild". We've been rebuilding since SAF retired ffs. The team is the most in form team in the league since Carrick came. We need to add players for depth with European football but we absolutely do not need another rebuild

Remember when Luis Enrique came in and signed almost 11 new players, moving on many others? Can Manchester United even buy six players let alone let 10 players leave the club?

@MUFCkyle10 Go look up what delusional means then you’d understand. Your initial attack you said all I do is complain. I showed you that’s not remotely true. You kept going. You are still going. It’s like a dog with a bone or maybe just plain delusional. Take your pick.

So I’m a United fan and apparently I don’t like Michael Carrick? Yes some idiot at INEOS went with Carrick to get fans back onboard. It wasn’t some grand plan. If you think it is. You are again delusional. If it was they would have given him the full time job from the start.
MUFCkyle@MUFCkyle10

@TheElitePundit "Some idiot at ineos will remember how nostalgic fans were" and you're trying to portray that as you liking carrick? 🤣 Yeah which is the excuse you tried to give amorim, but Carrick has already proved that to be complete and utter garbage
