I know theres a lot of negative comments about holiday companies regarding refunds and waiting on hold etc but my experience today through #firstchoice #TUI was excellent. Sophie was very apologetic abt my wait & helpful with my refund. #BeKindToEachother

@Kybotech hello, I emailed Telesales on 25 May, Romeo said the request was sent to customer service and they would contact. I then emailed on 30 May, 6 June, 10th June, still no reply. All I want is pdf instruction for wood kit playhouse bunny stable and saloon. Rgds Mark Davies

@FirstChoiceUK Good afternoon, I have gone through your refund page which worked ok for me but my parents booking will not register as their address is in France and I cannot change the postcode which is stopping me submitting my request. I paid for their holiday. Please advise

@FirstChoiceUK Hi Ollie, I also tried calling tonight at 1800 for an hour and still no joy, then at 1915 the automated system told me you had closed at 7 and call again tomorrow, please can you change the address on your systems to my address?

@FirstChoiceUK Hi Ollie, thanks for reply. I paid for the holiday you just needed their address at the time, why can’t I change the address detail on the refund form? Thanks Ps on phone today for 3 hrs and cut off 3 times, anything you can do so I can use cash refund form wud be appreciated
