@FirstChoiceUK you have cancelled my fight home from cancun. You have put us in a sub standard hotel that does not cater for children l. The food is shocking and your in resort reps couldn't care less!

@FirstChoiceUK are you going to do the decent thing and let people change their holidays booked with you to UAE. Its clearly not going to be sorted anytime soon. We've got a holiday booked in 3 weeks time with kids and the uncertainty is shocking 😲

@FirstChoiceUK Hi, you have my details I sent you an email. Your organisation are aware of our concerns regarding what is going on at this resort but your choosing to lot listen and your also not taking on board these reviews. I have also asked you to DM me and I’ll reply and you haven’t.

@FirstChoiceUK So this travel company are fully aware of the current state of food poisoning and hygiene issues going on at Riu Palace Santa Maria, don’t make holiday makers aware of it before booking and then refuse to give a full refund. See yet another review for Feb!!!!

@FirstChoiceUK Hi I haven’t received a reply to my question on if you feel all the trip adviser posts are lies from the families who are saying they have been ill from going to Cape Verde - Riu Palace Santa Maria where you’ve known that there’s issues there but still allow customers to book.

@FirstChoiceUK The option you have presented is we have to pay to alter the booking which is a disgrace when your organisation have known that there’s been issues and have ongoing issues but have failed to make us aware of this when booking. Read the reviews are you saying these are lies??.

@FirstChoiceUK Today I received an unsolicited email from you. Great holiday for Two x £249 p.p total £499, 7 days. Excellent. When I adjusted it to me, a solo traveller, the cost of the holiday trebled to £1500 as a solo traveller. Why? I could buy the holiday for two £499
