On Day 4 of @isoc_pulse 's Pulse Research Week (Dec 8-11) M-Lab presented the Internet Quality Barometer at @Gigaglobal and explored how IQB could be adapted for education. It was powerful to combine M-Lab, ISOC, and Giga expertise to improve connectivity globally.
