Theres alot more tech to help pc players though. Whether that's lowering graphics and still decent or good fps, using upscaling techniques. But you're right, most pc players will have to upgrade their kit in order to have the game being beautiful and crisp, and 60fps. 30 is helll though.

@MeneerJD @IanOnYouTubex 90% of the PC players wouldnt be able to play GTA 6 on 60fps either. Only a small amount of people actually have a system that would be able to run it on max graphics 120fps if it released this year. Most of the people complaining only pretend to have a beast of a pc.
