أوروبا تأثرت بإغلاق مضيق هرمز فسارعت إلى إغلاق أجوائها واتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة، أما الخليج فاقتصاده يتلقى الضربات، والحروب تُدار على أرضه ولم يتخذ قرار حاسم! إذا كان هناك اتفاق سري بالمشاركة في الحرب عن طريق السماح بإستخدام الأجواء فتلك مصيبة، وإن كان لا يوجد سيادة فالمصيبة أعظم !
