You don’t need those for a GREAT career for sure. But if we’re talking about longevity, staying healthy, and being more productive, it’s another story. Some of those from the pic are super helpful. Using a proper chair, a standing desk and ergonomic mouse + keyboard is a game changer for me. I literally feel better than ever and I hardly have body aches anymore. Also, the external monitor makes me a lot more productive. As a result, I can hardly work outside my office nowadays. Nice meme, but take care of your body folks! 🙌
