We're pleased to have Members included in this. But we are split. We 110% AGREE we need more diversity, we prob wldnt have this bullying culture if we did. But do we need a specific, exclusive club? Genuinely, what are your thoughts. @julie_eley @MoringRuth @VicTurner2019

@therealrepairer @julie_eley @VicTurner2019 My opinion has always been that we don’t need a gender-specific group. There are some who find the environment useful & that’s fine. But to recognise us in a closed group & not in the wider industry is not the answer. We are here because we are good at our jobs not for our gender
