Indian Railways is charging extra fares in the name of "Special Trains."
But what are passengers getting in return?
❌ Massive delays
❌ Old coaches
❌ Poor onboard conditions
Passengers of Train No. 01144 say the experience was so bad they'd never board it again.
Many feel Special Trains have become a way to charge more without delivering better service.
If passengers are paying extra, shouldn't they at least get decent punctuality and comfort?
