Wildlife and Snake Experts, I need help here. At the compound I’m living there are a lot of trees. Nhasi padonha nyoka, a Green Mamba from the tree facing my door. We chased it nematombo neboys but we all failed to hit it, it managed to climb and hop trees now no one can see it. Problem is, I’m going mad! I know there’s a Green Mamba out there but I can’t see it, and it’s probably seeing me 😭😂😂. Ndodii?? What should I do?? How do we lure it out and kill it, or what can I use to repel it at least ndifeele safe. Hi Crime Watch, please can you post this and tag the ZRP and relevant authorities. It is about how some so-called malls in Harare that lease matchbox-sized shops for hefty amounts are allegedly exploiting their tenants. I rented a shop at Shasha Mall, located on the corner of Kwame Nkrumah and Leopold Takawira, opposite OK. I paid a security deposit of US$500, only to be told later that the deposit is non-refundable, even though I did not break or damage anything. I made sure to leave the shop in the exact same condition I found it, there was not even a screw hole in the walls. According to the Consumer Act, this is not only unfair but may be illegal, as it appears to be daylight robbery. It suggests these operators may be taking advantage of desperate tenants. Soon after I moved out, another tenant moved in and was required to pay a new deposit. I went back to them and pointed out that since the shop was now occupied, I had a right to my deposit. Their response was: “We don’t operate that way.” I have proof in the form of messages and have taken steps to engage the ZRP Inspectorate Department, as I believe they are the relevant authority in this matter. This needs to be stopped.

We are increasing the CIP capacity of Arcturus Mine. We will be building 50 CIP tanks. We are inviting welders to apply for task work. The following conditions shall apply: 1. The welder and his assistants are expected to weld 16 meters a day. Failure to meet target will result in termination of contract. 5. We shall provided PPE. 7. Payments shall be made every day on completion of daily tasks. 8. The welding shall be subject to testing and certification by a certified Engineering firm. 9.
