Friday thoughts: my love hate relationship with @dunkindonuts. Love each cup of coffee is individually made with love. Hate how inconsistent the coffee is from store to store, person to person. That being said, I can’t quit them. #CoffeeLover #necessitiesoflife

.@Tracfone Your representatives should be ashamed of themselves. Literally my mom has been crying because they were so rude and dismissive towards her. Shocked at how you treat a customer of 10+ years.

@Tracfone She's already done this several times and had live chats. Have a representative who is aware of her case call her and resolve this for real. Telling her to waste more of her time by repeatedly calling is not helpful.

@Tracfone She's already had four calls with representatives and four live chats. I don't want another generic customer service number to call. Please provide actual service. She just wants her minutes restored.
