@ZackPolanski - this is magnificent. Three things I can’t deny: 1. It is a video. 2. You are wearing a jacket. 3. Then you aren’t. 4. Then you are again. Unfortunately that’s where the accuracy ends. A few corrections for you: Peter Thiel is not our CEO. Alex Karp is — and has been for 20+ years. (A lifelong Democrat, for anyone keeping score.) We are not a “spyware company.” Spyware is malware. Malware is illegal. Calling a software company spyware is, technically, defamatory (don’t worry, we are not suing). We don’t build surveillance technology. We build software that helps organisations make sense of data they already hold. Not the same thing. There was no “private tour” of our HQ. There was a public photocall to which the media came. Hence, why there are so many pictures of the event. Our MOD contract is not “the biggest defence contract in UK history.” Ajax armoured vehicles = £5.5bn. Dreadnought submarines = £31bn. We’re grateful for the work, but let’s keep a sense of scale. We have no more access to NHS data than Microsoft has to the contents of your Word documents. I think you know this by now. We don’t have access to patient medical records. Same story. I agree that “nothing matters more than our health.” Which makes it worth reminding you of what Palantir’s software is actually doing in the NHS right now: ->110,000 additional operations ->15% fewer delayed hospital discharges ->7% more patients finding out within 28 days whether they have cancer Respect again for what you did with that jacket.

This isn't going to chime well with the tens of thousands of radical young people who have turned to the Greens recently. @ZackPolanski, learn the lessons of the Corbyn movement: moderation and respectability will get you nowhere!

Polanski now realises that he, like Icarus, has flown too close to the sun. Some of his more extreme policies have handed easy ammunition to both the tabloid and broadsheet press, as well as to his opponents on the left. Pulling back at this stage is a shrewd move, and a rare one in politics.

@Abouterf197543 What a nasty bully the person filming is. Why the fuck do you need to film and post her because she happened to need to use the toilet. She wasn’t disturbing anyone and in fact harassing people makes toilets less safe for all women. I really hope you never have to experience that

Westminster bubble might dismiss this as “clip farming” or “student politics”- but the fact is - when the media class were heralding Mandelson’s appointment as “shrewd”, “genius” or “bold” etc. - Zarah was calling out the Epstein connection… Can’t say no one raised it at time…

@NotJamesHaskell @maxcownie_ Printing money to give to people who aren’t entitled to be here causes inflation for zero benefit. You pretend we live in a closed-loop system, and we don’t. The stronger our currency is the cheaper everything is because of our global supply chain. What do you do for work?

@NotJamesHaskell @maxcownie_ Asylum seekers don’t pay more into the system than they pay out do they? How very silly. High-skilled immigrants individually do (I work with many in engineering) but the low skilled mass migrants doing Deliveroo or on benefits or in social housing absolutely do not. No chance.

The greens couldn’t be further detached from the working class if they tried. What do the greens offer to a stereotypical English guy working on a building site? They’re so concerned with identity politics and cater more to uni educated, Surrey trust fun types that are what they hate.

@DominicMcGregor Tress share nutrients via their roots and the mycelial network. In our economy fat cats hoard nutrients while the rest of us starve. Yours is an obsession with the height of the tree, ours is an obsession with the health of the forest.

As a Green Party follower, you’ll be familiar with trees. There are two ways to own the tallest tree in the forest. You either nurture it, feed it, and give it everything it needs to grow. Or you cut down every other tree around it so yours stands tallest by default. One builds something. The other just shrinks everyone else. I’d rather grow the forest. You’d rather take an axe to it.

Just to make it clear: There will never be a time when it’s morally justifiable to pay the CEO of Tesco £10million. Ever. If you can’t grasp that you’re actually just an incredibly shitty person.

@triffic_stuff_ 1. First past the post is a broken system. Even Farage wanted to change it until he realised he’s now going to be benefiting from it. 2. Taxes on the rich reduces inequality so that working people can afford the basics. 3. The Green Party has a lot of policies on reducing crime.

🚨 Zack Polanski Warns: "I'm Coming for Your Money" If I Become Prime Minister! 🚩 Green Party leader openly admits his top priorities: First: Overhaul the voting system — scrap first-past-the-post so his radical Greens can hoover up way more seats and lock in their control. Second: Introduce a wealth tax — reach straight into people's pockets and seize even more of their hard-earned money. That's it. Not the collapsing economy. Not energy production or prices. Not borders, crime, or any real crisis destroying Britain. Just rig the rules to help himself and his crew win bigger... then help himself to even more of other people's wealth. How very convenient for a man with big ambitions. This is deeply revealing about Polanski's true priorities. Behind the mild-mannered, "community power" eco-activist mask is a classic power-hungry radical: first change the game so you can dominate it, then tax everyone else to fund the fantasy. No thanks. Zack Polanski isn't interested in fixing Britain, he's interested in remaking it to suit his socialist dreams, one self-serving power grab and wealth grab at a time. Dangerous priorities from a dangerous dreamer. Power grab + wealth grab. Classic.

@heungminson24 @maxcownie_ That would make sense except for the fact that immigrants/asylum seekers pay more into the system than they take out. You can’t bankrupt a country via hyperinflation if a) there’s enough supply and b) money spent gives more in return.

@NotJamesHaskell @maxcownie_ Bankruptcy in all but name, with the outcomes being the same for the British people. Through hyperinflation by borrowing insane amounts of money to pay £2,500 per month to asylum seekers for “climate asylum” (their policies). Devalues GBP until it’s useless to other countries
