@2trueforu @MasterMaliq I understand that developed nations respect other people and muslim nations oppress them. But I'm saying that's wrong, and it's why those muslims have to flee to civilized countries. Muslims who plan to use freedom of speech to destroy it are not welcome

If a Muslim can stand in London, New York, or Paris and publicly preach Islam, hand out Qurans, and invite people to become Muslim... Why shouldn't a Christian be able to stand in Riyadh, Islamabad, or Kabul and publicly preach Christianity, hand out Bibles, and invite people to become Christian? If we ask others to respect our religious freedom, shouldn't we be willing to respect theirs too? Either freedom of religion is a principle. Or it's a privilege we demand for ourselves but deny to others.

@2trueforu @MasterMaliq No offense, but it's very hard to understand what point you're even trying to make. Maybe English isn't your first language. But it seems a little like you're saying people who believe in human rights should have them used against them by Muslims?

@OnceFutureCh @MasterMaliq If you mean that you could make these countries to imitate the Muslim majority countries so I said it can’t work politically cuz these secular states developed and globally promoted the human rights standard which they are not themselves stuck with cuz of the excessive rights

@2trueforu @MasterMaliq I believe Christianity is true, but I don't think we can be 100% certain of anything in life really. Can you prove this isn't a dream? Or a computer simulation? Or a trick of some kind? Or that we just think but have no physical bodies? No. There's no way to do that.

@2trueforu @MasterMaliq No, I'm saying everyone THINKS their religion is true, not that it is. Very different. If there was an 100% certain way to prove to everyone which of the many religions is true, I'd be down for a theocracy. But there isn't. So to avoid constant killing, freedom is best

@ItsRobbAllen @BeefCakeJake42 I was raised Episcopal and my wife was raised Methodist. We are at a Catholic Church and there is very little political nonsense from any sides, just reverent worship of the Trinity.

Yesterday sucked. It was my last day at my church of 20 years. I played in the praise band for over 12 of those years. I enjoyed doing so because it was how I got to use my talents to serve God. But the sermon *literally* was about AI datacenters using all our water, mass animal farming, and how environmental racism was causing disproportionate harm to minorities. I'll miss playing, but the UMC is completely lost.

According to a recent Pew study, US churchgoers say that Israel is nearly *the most* frequently discussed political topic from the pulpit. Among both Protestants and Catholics, that discussion is significantly more likely to be in support of Israel. Church, we have a problem.

The Iran deal is a bad one for America. But one thing can now be said: Israel surely does not control America.

As a Muslim, there's something that genuinely bothers me. Millions of Muslims live in Christian majority countries, build mosques, preach Islam publicly, distribute Qur'ans, open halal businesses, and demand religious freedom,and rightly so. Some even call for aspects of Shariah to be accommodated in the societies they've moved to. Yet in some Muslim majority countries, Christians cannot openly preach the Gospel, build churches freely, or practice their faith without restrictions. Why? If we demand religious freedom for ourselves, we should be willing to grant it to others. Truth does not need censorship. If Islam is the truth, it has nothing to fear from a church, a Bible, or a Christian preacher. You can't demand tolerance and freedom for Muslims abroad while denying the same freedoms to others at home. The double standard needs to be called out.
