@EtihadHelp Reaching out to you this time with zero hope, I’ve been a frequent flyer with Etihad since the last 8 years. And during Covid, even after multiple emails/ calls I was never given a refund of my cancelled flight.

@etihad You’ve literally sent a random 11 digit number. Please provide me with the entire details - Account number/ refunded amount/ the date/ the bank/ the account name it was transferred. I request you act responsible on the issue. And what about the no- meal? No concern shown?

When I checked with Abu Dhabi help-desk, they informed me that nothing was confirmed so we wouldn’t have anything for the next flight as well. How unprofessional? They asked me to write a feedback. Seriously? Is that how you deal with issues.

@EtihadHelp Absolute shitty airlines! I had €360 credit which was valid till the 8th March 2023 and now it’s expired 3 months before the actual date. Never ever choosing this airlines. Wrote them multiple emails/ calls - no response. Frauds & scammers!

@etihad I have checked with my bank and have got no refund. The transaction number you said is invalid. I have emailed you my statement’s. Can you please DM me the transaction details with the bank ending number?

@etihad Funny story, I called the customer care and they told me there’s no update on the case yet. Can you please send me a proof of whatever you’re stating? 3 months and zero funds is received is unbelievable! @etihad @jagograhakjago @Consumer2Court @consumercourtin @EtihadHelp

@PShyale We have further checked your case, and we have been advised by our Refunds Team that the payment has been cleared from our account on Nov 2022. We recommend to check with your bank or view your statement of account for the same month, and you'll be able to view the refund. *Ily

@etihad I’m sorry Ily, it’s sad that what you have stated is not true. I’ve checked my records today (Feb 2023) and there’s amount refunded. Nor have I received any confirmation email regarding the funds. It’s a petty you state false information!

@etihad I’ve written you tons of emails and messages. Constant follow up on DMs too, have got absolutely no response! Please see attached screenshots!! Was a frequent flyer but complete regret choosing the airlines! @etihad @EtihadHelp @EtihadPremium @jagograhakjago @consumercourtin
