@ReallyAmerican1 I’ve just left #CNN after years. They normalized a liar and criminal - no matter that he is front runner in a party going crazy or that he made it to the presidency once - a mistake of the ages for our nation. I respect Cooper but only if he doesn’t just carry company water.

OUTRAGE: Anderson Cooper has come under fire for a video he released about the CNN Town Hall moderated by Kaitlan Collins from people who have called his comments "condescending." Cooper acknowledges that many things on the broadcast were "disturbing," such as watching Trump refer to a Black woman DA as "a thug," or speak in glowing terms about QAnon extremists who attacked Capitol police, and his "continued defamation" of E. Jean Carroll as audience members laughed. He then proceeded to explain the need to give Trump air time because he is the front runner in the Republican primary process for the nomination, and that he is not going away. But Cooper's next remarks are what drew the harshest criticism: "Do you think staying in your silo and only listening to people you agree with is going to make that person go away?"
