I've been seeing a lot of people writing off Zirkzee and De Ligt due to their lack of involvement at the Euros. Which, genuinely, baffles me. We are so quick to write off players, especially if they aren't the player that you wanted. I always prefer to look on the positives, or the possible positives. The constant negativity is unnecessary, does no good for anyone. It's also worth noting that it's counter-intuitive to base your ideals on a player off of their international career. So many players have been over-looked on the international stage. On the international stage it is completely down to managerial preferences, it's very difficult to play your way into the side. You have to wait for someone to play their way out of it, and take advantage. Michael Carrick is someone I always reference when speaking on this topic. He was and still is one of the best players I've ever seen play in his particular role at #MUFC, and in football in general. He's incredibly underrated for me. However, he only played 1 game at a major tournament for England. Kobbie has played in more already. Yes, Zirkzee and De Ligt don't exactly have players the quality of Scholes, Gerrard and Lampard ahead of them, but it does show the politics and fortune based in international football. And just how beholden you are to managerial preferences. Teams rarely experiment or deviate at International level. Do I have reservations, or worries about either player? Yes, of course. Is this one of them? Absolutely not...

The same injuries hampered us this season and to my greatest surprise I was seeing reports, that the causes of those injuries were due to Erik Ten Hag's training style, So a manager will purposely injure his players, so he will lose matches? Why is no one talking about Carrington, and the outdated training facilities in Manchester United being the cause of poor performance? Why do players performance depreciates, when they sign for United? In the case of Sancho, you guys forgot Ralf Rangnick played Elanga ahead of Sancho, you guys forgot Erik Ten Hag sent Sancho on a two months training program in the Netherlands. How did you guys forget so easily? How about the stadium that is a mess, Old Trafford waterfall? Instead I hear people blaming Erik Ten Hag for the amount Antony was signed, as if he was in charge of the negotiations. @AliceTalksFooty Disagree. Don’t think supporters blame him, they are just frustrated with the lack of effort. Calling that out is not abuse… I’m sure he gets abuse in other forms but that will be a minority… I want someone who gives their all every week, not when they feel like it.

Rashford right you know. The abuse he gets has gone beyond fair criticism of his performances and turned into a hate agenda with some fans. People blame him for everything. We drop points I will see 1000s of comments saying get Rashford out and far more abusive stuff (even when he’s had a decent game). I feel like he is the one everyone blames when things go wrong. Like Maguire a couple seasons ago. He’s not had a good season, but either has most of the squad and I’m sure Rashford is aware of that. But 3 of the last 5 seasons he has been one of our POTS and carried us. Some players have been here 3+ seasons and done nothing, but some fans still blame Rashford for everything.

Don’t want to see Rashford in a United shirt again…not fit for purpose.
