@Purplebricks_CS I’ve been mislead by yourselves. I have in black & white there would be no cancellation fees, but we’ve been charged £300.. That’s after a lack of communication for the 3 months my house was on the market. We had to pay, due to the legality, but I’d appreciate the money returned.

@PurplebricksUK Quite possibly the worst estate agent that ever existed. Zero engagement, zero response, zero communication. Happy to take money but then disappear into the ether. Useless doesn’t even come close as an appropriate word to describe how bad you are.

My tenants are moving out today, and @PurplebricksUK, who fully manages my property, failed to arrange a checkout time in advance until I phoned them this morning to prompt them. It's now 11 AM, but Purplebricks still hasn't provided a checkout time !!!

@Purplebricks_CS @PurplebricksUK Paid £1,094 upfront & had to remove my property temporarily through no fault of my own. Now being told I need to pay £700 to relist it despite not being made aware of this when removing. Disgusting customer service. I will not be using again 😡
