@BRPSeaDoo It always amazes me how companies invest in customer service platforms to enable customer contact and convenience. Then they don’t return messages or texts and leave customer loyalty and $$ on the table. Sea doo dealers are the worst!

I hope, desperately hope, that this story is not what it appears to be. That there is some mistake. We need to know more, fast. But there is a chill up my spine with the recognition that this is plausible in our current America.
