@BRPSeaDoo I sent you an email 2 weeks ago and you told me to take the junk @BRPSeaDoo cooler, that dropped a $1200 rod/reel to the ocean floor, back to the dealer for inspection and warranty claim?? What do you think we need to email about now?

@BRPSeaDoo @BRPSeaDoo how long do you need to determine that my LinQ cooler is broken in a place it shouldn’t be broken, dealer has had it for 2 weekends now=no fishing. It’s not rocket science it’s a broken rod holder mount on a cooler, BRP is t going to replace it say so…..

I’m shocked and unimpressed with @BRPSeaDoo aftercare service and seemingly fake warrantee. What’s the point buying a 5 year extended warranty package when it doesn’t cover the seadoo when water gets into the engine from normal use ? #fake #ripoff #unimpressed

@BRPSeaDoo can I get an update on the delivery of the screen for my gtx limited. My dealer says no updates available but in the same sentence says that all parts are serial numbered and therefore I can’t get someone else’s screen.If it has a series #, you can update me no?

@BRPSeaDoo a dealer close by had a guy back out of a Swift Compact basic. Sales guy emailed me and I asked for a price. 24,700.00. MSRP: 17999.00 Sea-Doo "commodity surcharge": 2700.00 Dealer Prep/Shipping: 4000.00. You're telling me that over 1/4 price of this boat is fees??

@BRPSeaDoo THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. I ordered two Sea-Doos on December 4th. One arrived in early April Without a computer. Still no word on when the computer will arrive. No updates on my second unit. SO DISSAPPOINTING. This will be my last purchase.

@BRPSeaDoo Thank you. I have sent several emails asking for someone higher up to contact me to no avail. I am hearing that dealerships, on their own accord are offering extending warranties bc BRP is offering nothing. This is extremely disgusting and unethical. I will send a 17th email….

@BRPSeaDoo It says the link is not found. These empty messages and lacklustre updates are making us customers more mad. We want some level of compensation and a warranty extension. I’m being told August for delivery, how can BRP ethically deliver it then, with no warranty extension?
