Massive if MSTR makes it to S&P 500… over $12 TRILLION in passively managed funds track the index! Since allocation is weighted by market cap, the bigger MSTR gets the more bitcoin they can acquire via dilution. Feedback loop and massive liquidity ramp. Math is kinda crazy: At a $41b market cap MSTR would be .1% of index, which would rake in $12b in passive capital allocation. That’s 4x the total net inflows of all bitcoin ETFs combined. If MSTR then dilutes $12b and buys btc with it… btc goes up a lot, mstr market cap goes up even more, index weight increases, mstr dilutes even more and buys more bitcoin. Congratulations you’ve hacked the capital markets.

@engs_sam @CelsiusNewCo Correct. It’s unlikely that the court would give us 100% of our claim at a $43k price. But if they did, that’d be how much bitcoin we’d get.

@EricBalchunas I have heard different news that they have filed for a “Trust” not a Spot Bitcoin ETF. Can you please clarify if this is true?

Fun fact: BlackRock's record of getting ETFs approved by the SEC is 575-1. That's another reason this is so big, they don't play around.

@jack @Apple @tim_cook This is one of the main reasons @Twitter #Bitcoin payments aren't integrated into Tweets, DMs, Spaces, etc. Maybe @elonmusk can help as well? @Apple should encourage internet-native payments, not prevent them. #Bitcoin is a huge opportunity for @Apple. Doesn't make sense.

This seems to be a misunderstanding by @apple of how this feature works and what it's for. It's a critical part of the future of the internet. It has the capacity to bring people around the world into the economy without the traditional gatekeepers. Please reconsider @tim_cook.
