The most common mistake in #Pilates instruction is cueing position instead of cueing sensation. "Neutral spine" tells the client where to be. "Can you feel the weight even across both sit bones?" tells them how to get there. One is instruction. The other is teaching.

STOTT PILATES certification requires a minimum of 450 contact hours depending on the apparatus. That includes #anatomy, movement science, observation hours, and practical teaching hours under supervision. A weekend course is typically 16-20 hours total. #reformer #realpilates

@DubaiNewsNow Consistent slots build consistent practices. The clients who book early and keep their time tend to be the ones who see real results. Pilates works best as a long-term commitment, not a drop-in habit.

@DMCCAuthority has unveiled further details of its Uptown District expansion, including plans for a mixed-use tower expected to rise above 600 metres. The proposed megatall tower forms part of Phase 3 of the district’s master plan. Phase 1 delivered the 340-metre @UptownDubai Tower and central plaza. Phase 2, comprising two Grade A office towers and two residential towers, is under construction and scheduled for completion in late 2027 and early 2028.
