You obviously don't understand how we operate here in CA. You can't just build something. You have to overpay for it. You have to give your friends and family kickbacks. Colorado built this wildlife overpass last year for $15 million. It’ll pay for itself within five years from the avoided collisions. California spending $114 million on a failed wildlife overpass is absurd.

That's not how graphs work. The demarcations indicate the beginning of the year, not the middle, not the end. That 2025 mark is Jan 1, 2025. That graph runs from the beginning of 1900 to the end of 2024. If there was any info from 2025 on it, it would extend past "2025". Biden was president. Sorry, I know you're upset about it.
