Been listening to the latest @RunComPod epsiodes great to hear about @DeeringRob & his daughter Daisy's Cambridge Half & @PaulTonkinson & his son George's plans for London Marathon. Running with your child is one of the greatest joys as a runner.

@RunComPod PB for Child 1 (aka Rosie, age 10) at the Wigan 5k yesterday, 29.39, running with her Grandad. No PB for me, but 3rd in my category.

Very pleased to get my fastest time this year at Hilly Fields parkrun 22:48 Feeling the hills in my legs on Sunday as I climbed my way across NW London to see my Mum. No speedy miles but lots of effort! @RunComPod #YourWeekendRuns

A good running weekend: another sub 21 at Alexandra parkrun (is another sub 20 possible??) & then sub 1hr 40 (just!) at the new @RunThroughUK Cheshire Spring Marathon - an excellent course on the rolling Cheshire country lanes around Knutsford. @RunComPod #parkrun

@RunComPod Mid-Cheshire half marathon today. First half in 9 years. 1.22:17 - PB by over 1min40s. Delighted and surprised in equal measure! Hopefully this is just the first PB of my 53rd year. Edinburgh marathon 10 weeks today. #yourweekendruns
