Tired legs helped to remind us to walk on the hills today 🤣 We found a secret trail path around the edge of Dulwich Park (much nicer than loops on the tarmac!) plus wisteria in Peckham Rye 🪻 Taking refueling seriously with pea and bean mash 😋 @RunComPod #YourWeekendRuns

Went for a pootle around Beverley today 😁 Beverley 10k, great conditions for a fab race with amazing support and 3 minute course PB, didn’t feel the strongest but really enjoyed it 💪🏃‍♂️😁 @RunComPod #raceday

@PaulTonkinson @SStrath58072 @RunComPod My times have gotten quicker in the last month because Stewart comes to find me on the route once he's finished his parkrun, and encourages me along for the last km. It seems to work well and have seen a great improvement in my times.

Trying to embrace ultra training but old habits die hard... Started @Catfrdparkrun with the Kent AC crew. Ran a course PB 🤪 22:31 despite heavy legs from Thursday racing and knowing there were 12 miles to go!! 😭 Then forgot to walk the hills in Beckenham 🤦‍♀️ @RunComPod

Edinburgh Parkrun this morning. Suzy took an impressive 2 mins 20 secs off her course PB despite the headwind on the way out. My 22:32 was 6 secs quicker than my previous course PB. Abbie wisely rested her niggling calf so was in the support role today. @RunComPod
