At heart I believe all of us are children of God who are siblings to one another. As such, each of us has the inherent right to liberty, freedom, and the ability to pursue our dreams and create value for ourselves. We ought to stand for those principles and defend them for every human being regardless of race, creed, gender, orientation, or nationality. We may all be different in our unique ways, but we ought to treat each other equally before the law and afford dignity and respect to one another. We should show love, kindness, and decency to others in our private lives. Compassion, empathy, and mercy are strengths because they are virtues. Integrity and charity above all.

Trump is a pedophile. That is markedly worse than abortion (of which he has paid for plenty). He has webs of grift and corruption. He has deep ties to the Russian mafia (secret combinations anyone) and enables Putinโ€™s genocide. Some of you need to realize that NONE of the political parties support or espouse our beliefs. Itโ€™s time to create an alternative party in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada that articulates and lives by classical liberal values. Representatives from such a party would have a bargaining chip and shape policies. Conforming to the MAGA GOP is complicity in its iniquity and you will be judged for enabling it. The lesser of two evils is still ALWAYS evil.

Lots of divisive assertions here. Many Latter-day Saints are Democrat. Many (most) non-religious people are moral. Many non-LDS people believe in God. Many Democrats value God, freedom, and faith. Most people are good, regardless of political or religious affiliation.

Orban-Putin Conspiracy: Orban will go to prison for life if he loses the April 12 election. Quite likely Orban will stage an assassination against himself and blame Ukraine. If he was smart, he'd accuse Russia for the "attempted assassination." Hope it won't matter and he loses.

@flugempire Nebraska simply isnโ€™t and never has been a fit in the B1G. Theyโ€™d be wise to get with Colorado, Kansas, and the Arizona schools and approach the SEC as a package deal to extend the SEC footprint into new Western markets.

Why does a team like Nebraska keep getting put into Tier 2 status in Big Ten when they haven't finish above .500 in Big Ten conference play in last 9 years, but Minnesota who has been finishing above .500 consistently in Big Ten play never gets mentioned? x.com/MichaelWBrattoโ€ฆ

BREAKING The Pentagon is preparing for weeks of ground operations in Iran, U.S. officials said, as thousands of American soldiers and Marines arrive in the Middle East for what could become a dangerous new phase of the war should President Donald Trump choose to escalate. Such a mission could expose U.S. personnel to an array of threats, including Iranian drones and missiles, ground fire and improvised explosives. Full Story: wapo.st/4dOxH3Z

All BS. The USA does not have the ground force capacity to invade and hold Iran or any part thereof. The only land invasion that could happen is from Kuwait across Iraq - never happen. Or a sea borne landing - again never happen. Logistics and staging just isn't there. This is all a bluff. It is more about giving assurances to the Gulf states once peace is made between Iran and USA, as Iran will be unstoppable with 2 million men under arms - and they are pissed.

But that requires commitment, focus, discipline, and patience from our elected officials - attributes they donโ€™t have. I have never doubted the abilities of the men and women in uniform; I just question the judgment of the politicians who send them into combat. This is going to take time, money, manpower, resolve, and vision - not shortsighted thinking and optics. Unfortunately that is how our politicians are wired and it wastes the precious blood of those who serve.

Thatโ€™s just part of warfare. Itโ€™s time to destroy the Islamic Republic. This is our once in a generation chance to do it. U.S. military personnel volunteered their service for the country. They will execute it to victory. Thereโ€™s a reason US military personnel are well taken cared of. We have the best pension and healthcare during retirement. We will always follow our commander in chief regardless of what people say. Free Iran and delete the Islamic Republic!

I donโ€™t think the Strait of Hormuz can be secured without ground troops. It will take a lot of man power, energy, and effort to secure that entire waterway. What I just mentioned is precisely why we should not have escalated military action beyond taking out nuclear weapons development facilities. The minute we made it about regime change (which we did by killing Khamenei and other leaders while calling for people to rise up), it was either all in or nothing. What simply happened was we have a President who shoots from the hip and is undisciplined. He has a short attention span and is not interested in details. He took on a monumental feat based on gut emotion alone without realizing the massive implications. There is a reason why Presidents since Carter didnโ€™t do this and it isnโ€™t because they were stupid; quite the opposite.

Russian writer and critic of Putin, Dmitry Glukhovsky explains that generations of Russians have been so easily brainwashed because mainstream propaganda in Russia is like beetroot soup. Even if you are not the beetroot, you still become red merely from being in the same environment. The Kremlinโ€™s system is built on manufacturing a sense of normality, built from extreme narratives that are parroted by โ€œSologubovsโ€ - otherwise normal, educated, respectable voices, presenters, cultural figures, and intellectuals who do not shout propaganda, but normalize the system around them. This is how information manipulation works in Russia today. Not by convincing everyone, but by shifting what feels normal, acceptable, and inevitable. When war becomes โ€œpolitics,โ€ aggression becomes โ€œsecurity,โ€ and crimes become โ€œcomplicated history,โ€ propaganda has done its job. This is why information space matters. Because the most dangerous propaganda is not the one that makes you believe. It is the one that makes you accept.

B1G expansion past 20 isnโ€™t happening without ND. Money isnโ€™t there. The more the B1G expands with dilutive adds the more it reduces its earning potential with Ohio State. More games with Rutgers type schools rather than with Iowa, Wisconsin (when it doesnโ€™t suck), USC, Oregon, or PSU decrease revenue maximization.

Ohio State isn't bending the knee to ND. That's why ND and the Big 10 are on separate contracts.

I will unequivocally say this. ND will decide the future of college football realignment. If it chooses to join the B1G, it will demand some combination out of Stanford, Duke, GT, Miami, UVA, UNC, and Cal to come with it. The B1G will acquiesce because the financial gain is that significant. If ND stays independent, it will be because the SEC gives it a 6 game scheduling agreement and the Irish can park their sports in the Big East if the ACC collapses. ESPN and the SEC are highly incentivized to keep ND out of the B1G. ND going to the B1G would create a significant revenue gap between the B1G and SEC and give Fox legitimacy over ESPN. Right now ESPN gets about 3-4 ND road games based on NDโ€™s schedule with ACC, SEC, and AAC schools. It loses that with ND going to the B1G along with the Olympic sports coverage. Having a scheduling agreement with the SEC and filling out the rest of the games with Big 12 or ACC teams could get ESPN up to 5 ND road games and would also dramatically improve the value of NBCโ€™s ND home game inventory. Also, it keeps the Olympic sports under the ESPN umbrella rather than the BTN. Also, I believe an alliance between the SEC and ND would shift Duke and UVA to join the SEC giving it access to the NC, VA, and certain northeastern markets (Duke has a huge NJ presence). People need to understand how ND impacts the UNC/UVA/Duke political relationship. Those three will follow each other if they are given the opportunity to do so. The SEC wants the midatlantic and ND might secure it. The trick is whether the Irish can find a suitable home for its Olympic sports if the realignment impact is to implode the ACC. ESPN could easily shift teams from the ACC to the SEC or Big 12 to maintain its inventory market share. B1G fans should not discount ESPNโ€™s vested interest and incentives in this regard. If the Big East, rebuilt ACC, Big 12, or SEC can house other ND sports, ESPN will make it happen. It has a lot at stake and is highly motivated. That is why the B1G will gladly accommodate whatever ND requests. All eyes are on the Irish. @flugempire @jjfuller72 @Big12BurnerKU @jlkurtz @Expansion_Crush @MoenAfterDark @Bomb3r_CFBMafia @JamieBSFH @MHver3 @CFB_Signals @DillyDilly97 @rltsports
