I need to show proof of PIP that is less than a year old. Lastest award ltr 2024, not due reassessment till 2034. Advised to call DWP. Even this innocuous call sends me into high anxiety 🙄. People really have no idea what its like to deal with DWP and the fear it generates. ☹️

@Doug_Paulley@Se_Railway This is not acceptable Doug. I apologise unreservedly on behalf of @Se_Railway.
An investigation is underway.
This is a train dispatch irregularity as well as a failed assist.
Our team will be in touch with you.
Left behind at the platform edge -
@Se_Railway prevent me boarding, and leave me in danger right on the platform edge,
then act as if it isn't a big deal.
"Dare to care", eh,
Or leave disabled people behind, risk our lives then don't give a stuff.

🚨 Almost Hit by a Bus Today 🚨
At 12:28 on Norwood Road, while crossing at a zebra crossing with my assistance dog, a driver on the 68 bus route continued driving straight towards us without slowing down, despite clearly seeing us.
This could have ended very differently. @TfL
@Nathanro18 this comes from a uni who moved their accomodation office from an accessible building to a completely inaccessible one and have a grand total of 2 fully accessible rooms in a building made in 2016!
i really love when i have a working fire panel im sure the council would LOVE to hear about how this is disrupting a wheelchair user’s livelihood with random loud bleeps lasting hours between midnight and 4am for the last month or so
@Nathanro18 i’ve only just managed to phone them today but i believe they’re also going to nag the uni and also the council as they’ve let this go on for 2mo now and even LFB on the phone could hear the screeching panel at the furthest away point in my house
The concert my daughter wanted to go to has sold out of accessible tickets and we haven’t had a Nimbus card issued @nimbus this is directly against the equality act I’m seeking legal advice @O2LondonTickets this is not acceptable This is a barrier to entry if you are disabled
Sooo @TfL@TfLAccess@TransportForAll Waterloo Underground lift finally fixed… and already broken again this morning. Staff say a senior engineer has to come out, so it will not be working today or tomorrow. How does this keep happening? #equaltravel#accessibility#undergroud
Hey @TfL@TfLAccess any time for fixing the lift at Waterloo (and thus restoring step free access to the tube? I know it’s been out for weeks and I have an event in March I’m trying to plan for so need to know if I’ll be able to use the station as planned
@InvincibleWheel@TfL@TfLAccess Update Waterloo Underground lift finally fixed… and already broken again this morning. Staff say a senior engineer has to come out, so it will not be working today or tomorrow. How does this keep happening?
@InvincibleWheel@TfL@TfLAccess Here’s hoping as it was me who also reported this to them a month ago and got the appropriate level of person at the mayors office involved but was a specialist piece of glass from overseas that had to come hence delays is what I was told
