Hey there, we connected with Lauren (from the video) directly last month after seeing her TikTok to refund the difference she paid and help get her some answers. In this case, this was an isolated incident where the venue suspected fraud and canceled her purchase without our knowledge.

Seeing too many fans get their Ticketmaster (@Ticketmaster) tickets canceled last-minute with nothing but vague “policy violation” emails or zero explanation. Support hits them with the same scripted runaround. No proof, no details—just tough luck. Why are real buyers getting burned by these copy-paste excuses? Thankfully, he was re-arrested for failing to meet his bond conditions and ICE agents lodge ANOTHER DETAINER on him so he isn't released AGAIN. WHERE ARE THE PROTESTS FOR THIS??????!!!!!
