@BiltRewards just want to see if I can get a resolution since my Bilt palladium got frozen 21 days into my month long international trip. I’ve emailed twice and called x 4 since April 24 and still no answer when they can unfreeze my card. I was told repeatedly to wait. Help!

@BiltRewards HELP. Tried to use my card through ApplePay on Tues and it was declined. Was told to reload it but can’t. And now my card has been suspended since then even though I’ve done everything asked and I’m missing Bilt Day rewards!!

Guys literally don’t trust @BiltRewards they have truly wreaked havoc over something as incredibly important as housing. They don’t have any live customer service agents you can talk to on the phone and use AI and sketch agents who don’t respond in a timely manner.. (1/2)
