I absolutely don’t say men can’t make a choice to be violent. Just that they are more likely, compared to women, to act violent out of emotions; anger, jealousy, hurt feelings.

You should dig deeper into that theory, if your Internet connection allows for that. If not, use a VPN. In the USA, almost all mass shootings happen in declared "gun free zones", where killers know they will likely not face armed resistance. It's not just defensive weapons, but the possibility of defensive weapons, that deter violent criminals. In Republican controlled states, that possibility translates into certainty and it's guaranteed that there will be armed resistance unless the facility prohibits firearms. That's counter to your position, I understand, because it suggests that violence is a choice and targets are selected logically rather than emotionally, but it is an inescapable fact. I don't know how old you are, and wouldn't ask in an open forum, but I suspect I lived in Europe longer than you have been alive. I saw it change, and that change was obvious enough to give up much of what I'd worked for most of my life and move my family across an ocean. What you have there now could still be saved, but it's not likely. Not enough people there even understand that there's a problem because they've been convinced it's normal. It isn't and it really was better 25 years ago.
