The islands were uninhabited when Britain claimed them. All this is proof of is that Argentina keeps trying to take the Falklands.

The driver likely assumed they would cross after they passed, and when they didn’t, panicked. The fleeing after is where it’s criminal.

@StragMichelle @_FucknBossChick @LASHYBILLS First of all, no. It was not slowing down already. The kids are stationary, and a tree is between the kids and the car. A driver is not going to know they’re there until probably 20 feet before that tree, at which point it doesn’t make sense for them to cross.

@StragMichelle @_FucknBossChick @LASHYBILLS Not sure how you come to this conclusion. Yes they were at the crosswalk, but by the time they entered, the car had 2-3s to respond. It seems the car hard braked, and either tried to get behind the girls, or hit with the nose of the car to avoid tires. The fleeing is the issue

It looks like the driver hit them on purpose. They could see them about to walk out in the street and they literally veered right heading straight towards them and veered back to the left after.
