Doctor: "Your LDL is elevated. I'd like to start you on a statin." Patient: "What are the side effects?" Doctor: "Some patients get muscle pain. Fatigue. Occasionally elevated blood sugar. Small cognitive effect in a subset." Patient: "So: muscle damage, fatigue, diabetes risk, memory problems." Doctor: "They're rare." Patient: "But they're the list you just gave me." Doctor: "The benefits outweigh the risks." Patient: "By how much? Statins reduce heart attack risk by what percentage?" Doctor: "Around 25 to 35 percent." Patient: "Relative risk. What's the absolute reduction?" Doctor: "..." Patient: "If my baseline risk is 4% over ten years, a third reduction takes me to 2.7%." Doctor: "The relative reduction is significant." Patient: "So I take a daily pill with those side effects for ten years to cut my absolute risk by 1.3 percentage points." Doctor: "When you frame it like that..." Patient: "How should I frame it?" Doctor: "I have some literature..." Patient: "Does it list who funded the trials?" Doctor: "..." Patient: "I'll ask at the desk on my way out."

For a while now I have been writing in English on X - and I have recently started doing the same on my biggest platform Facebook. Not because I have abandoned my Danish voice. But because what is happening in Europe is not a Danish problem. It is not a French problem. It is not a Swedish, German or British problem. It is our problem. All of us. At the same time. And you cannot fight a war that crosses every border by only speaking to the people on your own street. This is not an “us” question. It is a “we” question. The same forces are at work across the entire Western world. The same ideology expanding into the same institutions. The same political establishment looking the other way. The same media calling those who speak up racists, extremists, hatemongers. The same silencing. In every language. And behind all of it - something that goes deeper than politics. Deeper than immigration statistics and election results and EU directives. Because what we are really facing is a spiritual battle. A civilization that has cut itself off from its own roots. That removed God from the public square and replaced Him with the state, the screen and the self. That dismantled the family, dissolved the distinction between man and woman, and told an entire generation that freedom means having no obligations to anything larger than yourself. A civilization that weakened itself from within - and is now surprised to find itself vulnerable from without. The forces moving against the West are not only political. They are spiritual. And they will not be defeated by politics alone. That is why I write. In English. To whoever will listen. Because the people who understand what is at stake need to find each other - across languages, across borders, across the noise. We are more than we know. And we are needed.❤️‍🔥🪽✝️

Nobody has ever given a full-throated sales pitch for a tin of sardines. That is a market gap. Allow me. The tin is food-grade steel, lined, sealed, oxygen removed. The environment inside is more controlled than most restaurant kitchens you have eaten in happily and without incident. No preservatives. Canning is heat and the absence of oxygen. Just the fish, suspended exactly as they were the day the boat came in. The omega-3s survive it. Studies comparing fresh to tinned show no meaningful difference in EPA and DHA. The fish was caught, canned within hours, and the fatty acids went nowhere. The bones are edible. They have been sitting in olive oil long enough to become soft, and they are the calcium delivery mechanism the sardine built for itself. You eat them. That is the intended use. What the tin actually contains: EPA and DHA in immediately usable form. Selenium, iodine, B12, CoQ10, vitamin D, calcium, complete protein with every essential amino acid. Your protein shake has twenty-three ingredients. The sardine grew its own nutrition in the North Atlantic and asked for nothing. A food humans have eaten since before written history now apparently requires a defence. Buy the tin.

So the Pope met with David Axelrod last week. David Axelrod. Obama's campaign architect. A man who is not Catholic, has never met a pope before, and whose entire career has been engineering political narratives for the American left. And then, by pure coincidence, the Pope immediately started lobbing shots at the Trump administration, and three US Cardinals popped up on 60 Minutes doing the same thing. All organically, I'm sure. I'm a practicing Catholic. I need you to understand that part. But in my opinion, Trump has all the right to lash out at him. Maybe you'll disagree, but in the end, Trump talks like Trump. Water is wet. I'm talking about MY Church being run like a DNC satellite office but with a golden throne. This is the same Vatican that watched governments padlock churches during COVID and said nothing. That let Biden take communion while funding abortion and said nothing. That fired Bishop Strickland for defending actual Church doctrine. That removed Bishop Fernández in Puerto Rico for defending religious exemptions THE CATECHISM ITSELF supports. But somehow Trump is the threat to human dignity. Pope Francis was bad. Leo has turned out to be worse. Francis at least was vague about his politics. Leo went and hired the consulting firm. The man has ignored the slaughter of Christians across Nigeria, the Sahel, India, Syria, Bangladesh, Pakistan. Hundreds of believers murdered, churches burned, pastors kidnapped. His response? Platitudes about dialogue. OF COURSE he won't even name who's doing the killing. But he'll fly across continents to make interfaith gestures the week after his people coordinated a media hit on a sitting US president. The weaponization of belief is obvious. You get the Pope to pick a fight with Trump, and suddenly millions of conservative Catholics have to choose between their faith and their vote.

Testosterone: made from cholesterol. Oestrogen: made from cholesterol. Cortisol: made from cholesterol. Vitamin D: made from cholesterol. Bile acids, which digest fat: made from cholesterol. Every cell membrane in your body: contains cholesterol. Your brain: 60% fat, mostly cholesterol. When you eat less of it, the liver makes more. Because the body knows it can't function without it. This has been established science since the 1960s. We declared war on cholesterol in 1977. Testosterone levels in men have dropped 25% since 1980. Vitamin D deficiency is now endemic. One in three adults over fifty is on a statin to reduce the cholesterol the body is desperately trying to maintain. The war is going well.

Insanity. Pure insanity. It is as if they think the only thing of value at a university is the qualification to get you to the next level, not the actual development of the mind and person. Kings College London does not deserve to survive in a competitive world.

You want to know the most efficient land use in Britain? Not almonds. (You can't grow almonds here. The climate would make them feel personally attacked.) Not avocados. (Laughable.) Not quinoa. (We tried. It's fine. It's not fine.) Grass. Which grows on the 65% of British agricultural land that cannot support arable crops. Which feeds ruminants. Which converts that grass into complete protein, saturated fat, and fat-soluble vitamins through a digestive system that has been running without modification for forty million years. The cow is not a problem to be solved. The cow is the solution that was already here.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Former advisor to Margaret Thatcher, Nile Gardiner, doesn’t hold back on his opinion of the despicable behavior of the European leaders: GARDINER: “Keir Starmer is really in every respect an appeaser. And he’s appeasing the monstrously evil regime in Tehran every day. And as a result of this, I think that the US-British relations have fallen to their lowest point since the Suez Canal crisis of 1956…Keir Starmer, Emmanuel Macron and Friedrich Merz and other European leaders are fundamentally undermining the NATO Alliance…We do have pathetic and cowardly figures at the helm of Europe today, that includes Keir Starmer and especially Emmanuel Macron…who is an incredibly treacherous figure even by French standards. I think Macron is an incredibly backstabbing individual, and Macron has actively sided with the Russians and the Chinese…against the United States. We are seeing French treachery on an epic scale and Keir Starmer is playing along with the French Government…We are seeing European leaders actively KNIFING the United States in the back and then blowing up the NATO Alliance as a result. It’s on their hands!”

Ahem.. Palestine did not exist when Jesus was born. He was born in Judah - the 4th son and one of the 12 tribes of Jacob aka "Israel". Judah was the southern half of the nation which included Jerusalem. Palestine was a name given by the Romans to the area by the departing Romans around 100 years following Jesus' crucifixion.

Superfoods we're told are health foods: Oats: Gruel. The food of destitution. What Scottish peasants ate because they couldn't afford anything else and oats would grow in the cold. Ground up, boiled into paste, eaten plain. Not because it was nourishing. Because it was there. Lentils: Ancient poverty food. Still poverty food. Every civilisation that had access to meat ate less of them the moment they could afford to. Kale: Grown by serfs. Eaten by serfs. The medieval English called it "poor man's cabbage" and they weren't being affectionate. Chickpeas: Roman soldiers ate them on campaign when meat supplies ran out. Hummus is not ancient wisdom. It's ancient logistics. Millet: The grain the armies fed to horses. When the horses weren't hungry, the peasants got the rest. Meanwhile, what did you eat when you were rich? When the harvest had been good and the lord was generous and the hunt had gone well? Meat. Fat. Marrow. Organ. Butter. Cheese. We have taken the foods of famine and put them in a clean-label bag and called them optimal. The peasants would find this very funny. If they had the energy.

The carnivore paradox that breaks people's brains: Eating more fat makes you lose fat. Eating more cholesterol improves your cholesterol panel. Eating more saturated fat reduces inflammation. Eating more red meat improves your bloodwork. Eating zero fiber improves your digestion. Everything they told you would kill you is making you healthier. Everything they said was healthy was making you sick. This isn't a diet so much as you realising the entire paradigm was inverted. Fat doesn't make you fat. Sugar and seed oils do. Cholesterol doesn't cause heart disease. Inflammation and insulin resistance do. Saturated fat doesn't clog arteries. Oxidised seed oils do. Red meat doesn't cause cancer. Processed food, sugar, and seed oils do. Fiber doesn't improve digestion. It irritates it. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. The emperor has no clothes and he's also diabetic.

Islam did not exist during the time of Cyrus the Great. The Islamic Republic are followers of Muhammad, not Cyrus. The Cyrus Cylinder preaches ancient Persian and Zoroastrian values like religious tolerance and human rights, not Islamist ideology. Do not let these Regimists gaslight you into believing they have anything in common with the great rulers of ancient Persia.

Christians experienced the consequences firsthand and it was not pretty.
