Kusum (17), KKM's fearless Goalkeeper suffered an ACL injury in KWL' 2024 (July). She has to undergo surgery, a month's bed rest & then the arduous rehab She recovered & went back to KWL 2025, exactly a year later & performed bravely in crucial games. Comebacks are special!

Happy to share @FootballDelhi Women's League all likely to break last season's record of 21 teams. 25 clubs have confirmed the entry to be part of a two tier league. I can't thank enough our member clubs for promoting women's football in Delhi.

@Prateek_omega @vinayverma99 @neerubhatia3 Thanks..Yes.The avg age of the girls playing is 12.5/ 13...oldest being 16..who all practice thrice a week round the year, with few core game ideas...in a 40X25 m mud ground which they claimed by cleaning a dumpyard. The results are a part of the game....not the game itself

@vinayverma99 @neerubhatia3 Idk, but there's something, we all are missing! I guess, Ahbab has given opportunity to young girls coming from humble background, while Hans is packed with plenty of experienced senior players in their squad!
