@TalkTalk I have DM'd and received an automated response, please confirm someone is looking at this as a P1!

@TalkTalk received a new router today .,new service not starting till 24th . Do I have to wait to set up new router ??

@TalkTalk shocking customer services. Disconnected an 84 year old vulnerable pensioner without any notification citing unpaid bill where no bill or warning given.. 1 hr on phone to the be no further forward .. apparently its ok to leave someone with no means to get help..
