@TalkTalk tried to log into my account, bounces back every time I enter the verification code (no error), my router showing an orange light, and workmen outside doing something to the poles but no notification of work nor that our service is meant to be down - could you confirm?

@hotmailblocked @MicrosoftHelps I managed to get them to respond via IG DM, they told me to wait up to 7 days to try again as the block might take time. I’ve literally just tried now and got back in!

@MicrosoftHelps Day 2 of trying to get someone to help. No answer on DM’s and tweets not being responded to. I’ve been locked out now for 3 days, your help page sends us round in circles. I can see other people having the same problem. Are you going to help?

What's going on with outlook mail? I went to log on and I received a message that I couldn't log on because to many attempts have been made with incorrect password, which I know isn't true so I changed my password and it allowed me to log in just once,
