An HVAC technician told me “Knowledge is power, that’s why I charge this much to diagnose the problem and fix it. “You’re paying me a very high premium because of the knowledge I posses” his diagnostic price was $200. That’s besides the service call of $100 plus the actual cost to repair the AC, say $400 to install a capacitor. Then it got me thinking 🤔 Say you don’t have health insurance You make an appointment to go to a Dr an MD because you feel ill and and you pay $90 for a consultation and then they give you a diagnosis and they they prescribe you medicine that cost $30 on the pharmacy without prescription insurance. Dr is making $90 while the technician is making $200 for a diagnosis Something is wrong with the HVAC industry, lots of private capital is coming in and taking advantage of the situation, capitalism 100%. “You’re paying for the knowledge” I keep hearing this in the hvac industry. Please… HVAC owners make more than Drs. Very interesting observation

I think one of the biggest parts of the Mormon secret sauce is the mission trips acting as a rite of passage It’s crucially important for young people to have a sharp line between childhood and adulthood

The Force Awakens domestic gross was $937 million. No other movie has come close to that. There was a lot that movie did wrong, but it did some very fundamental things right to get that many people to see it. And then Rogue One was very entertaining and definitely made for Star Wars fans. I think people forget how great things were looking after Disney's first two movies and how much anticipation there was for The Last Jedi which most people assumed was going to be The Empire Strikes Back of the trilogy, improving on The Force Awakens's decent start. But The Last Jedi was like, "Everything you liked about The Force Awakens? That was dumb. We're doing something different."

🚨 LISTEN TO THIS RIGHT NOW 🔊 This is what hell sounds like in Dowagiac, Michigan. A massive Hyperscale Data Center is blasting nonstop industrial roar 24/7 right next to homes. Residents can't open their windows. Sleep is impossible. Property values are getting destroyed. And it's EXPANDING. This is the price we're paying for the AI boom... while families pay with their sanity and life savings. Is this acceptable in America? Should Big Tech destroy small towns for their server farms? What would YOU do if this was outside YOUR bedroom window? Share this everywhere. Make it impossible to ignore. Let me know what you think, and SHARE THIS so that others may too. And if you have any relevant information regarding Data centers and those within this circle, please feel free to share it below 👇

#BREAKING: The Box Elder County Commission voted to move forward with the plans to build a new controversial AI data center. Loud boo's followed the vote with chants of "shame" from the hundreds who packed the fairgrounds for the vote. @abc4utah #utpol abc4.com/news/northern-…

🚨 ALARMING: Small town Louisiana is in CHAOS because of Zuckerberg. Meta is building a $27 BILLION AI data center... 4 million sq ft on 2,250 acres. They’re permitted to suck 23 MILLION gallons of water PER DAY while locals deal with noise, lights, dust, and skyrocketing bills. Estimates are saying 600 million gallons of water per year will be used... This is what “progress” looks like? Turning peaceful American towns into server farms for ALL OF YOUR DATA. Big Tech gets richer, off of the data that they legally stole from you... all because you signed the terms and conditions. Regular people are getting screwed. Say goodbye to any ounce of privacy that you think you may have had left. Who’s really winning here? Tag someone who needs to see this. Let me know what you think, and SHARE THIS so that others may too!
