There’s a real skill problem in Nigeria and no one is talking about it Cause tell me why I went through over 200 SMM applications and couldn’t even find one decent applicant 😩😩 Where is the portfolio? Where are your samples? Why are you just sending resumes?

Like it’s not enough that there’s bad governance in the country, yet to have to deal with terrible service from companies when no one gets to hold them accountable. We wonder why folks are relocating, but the system keeps frustrating those of us that have decided to stay back and grow in the country. @FiberOne_help @FOBroadband Your customer service is absolutely terrible, and I am highly disappointed that a company of your calibre would have the bare minimum customer service. ill-mannered staff, who had zero regard for time. Customer care chat line with zero empathy and swift resolution. I’m never one to call a brand out but genuinely would not mind going down this path; my internet service is the core of my work, and you should understand how vital this can be for your customers. If by morning, I don’t get a proper resolution to this. Trust me to put all the details that transpired out there.
