The fed slop is getting nauseating. He was arrested by Brian Davis of the Utah SBI at 2200 on September 11. That means he couldn’t have arrived at the Washington County Sheriff’s office AFTER that. And it means he wasn’t first arrested the next day. Facts are stubborn things.

What @baroncoleman is lying to you all about is when Tyler was arrested, which was on 9/12. He arrived at the Sheriff’s office at 9pm on the 11th but wasn’t officially in custody until the 12th. The transcripts with timestamps begin by stating “the evening of his arrest” (9/12), so the timestamps start at 6:25 PM on the 12th, not the 11th. You’d think a lawyer would know this. He also knows his viewers are too gullible to check his grifter slop. Bet he filled his pockets with superchats from his gullible audience.

@naptownnicey @baroncoleman Interesting, are you suggesting that TR was mirandised at 6:25 over the ph or by a retired police officer? Being under arrest is a matter of whether you are free to go, if you are not free to go then you are under arrest. Perhaps he was free to leave but it seems unlikely.

@naptownnicey @baroncoleman Yes But the real point is TR was in police custody. This doesnt fit the FBI narrative at the time which was used to influence the public to believe TR confessed. The state erred many times in regard to reported times eg Offense Date listed as 9/12

@The_Counterer @baroncoleman So when the court motion, which must be written correctly, says “on the evening of arrest at 6:25 pm..” The official arrest date on the PCA and case file they are filing the motion under has arrest day as 9/12. The Miranda was at 6:25 pm 9/12

@baroncoleman Brian Davis is a state attorney who wrote the PCA. He is not who physically arrested him. When arrested without warrant they have 2/3 days to write and sign a PCA. When Brian Davis signed it, it became the official arrest date and he’s the official arresting officer

It says arrest date is 9/11 (when people were off for holiday), so it sounds like you’re trying to say despite him being arrested he was allowed to keep his phone and make confessions rather than the phone being collected and in possession by sheriffs when the confession was made?

@baroncoleman Now thats not even possible either (Brian Davis) because now the court documents say Tyler ARRIVED at the WCSO at 2226?????? Thats 10:26 PM! This is ALL CRAP! On September 17 2025 the SHERIFF of WCSO says he arrived "just before 9pm" I guess not everyone was in on the lie!
